How Jobs Unfiltered works

Hiring is broken in a specific way: the people with the information (how many applied, whether anyone looked, what the job pays) hide it from the people who need it. Jobs Unfiltered's whole idea is to stop hiding it.

For people looking for work

You build one profile and upload one CV. Applying to a job is one click plus an optional note. From that moment you can see exactly what's happened: when the company opened it, when they moved you along, and if it's a no, usually why.

Your profile is private. Companies can only see it once you've applied to them, or if you've turned on discoverable and accepted their intro. Discoverable shows an anonymous card (headline, skills, location, salary hopes) with no name and no CV.

For companies

Post a role with an honest salary range. Applicants land in a simple pipeline. Every time you move someone, they see it. Every time you don't, that shows up too: your response rate, median reply time, and ghost rate are on your public page, worked out from what actually happened.

Listings last 60 days. After that you renew, or you close the role and say what happened. Closing a role tells every waiting applicant automatically.

Agencies are welcome, but must say so and must name the end employer on every listing.

The numbers

“Got a real reply” means the employer moved the application to reviewing or beyond, declined it, or sent a message. Simply opening it doesn't count. “Ghosted” means an application older than 21 days with no real reply. Track-record labels (Replies fast / Replies / Patchy / Rarely replies) are computed from those two figures and the median reply time, with at least five applicants before any label is shown.

Security and privacy

CVs are encrypted at rest and only served to you or to a company you've applied to, through an authenticated check every time. Uploaded PDFs are rebuilt without scripts, forms or links, and scanned for hidden text aimed at AI screeners; anything found is shown to the employer. Full details on the privacy page. Messages are only readable by the two parties; staff can see that a message exists, not what it says. Passwords are hashed with Argon2. You can export everything we hold about you as JSON, or delete your account, from Settings. Deleting removes your profile, CV, messages and name; your past applications stay as anonymous rows so the job counts stay honest.
