The Jobs Unfiltered Hiring Pledge

Five promises. Signing is free. Keeping it is public: the company's own numbers show whether they do.

  1. A real salary range on every role. Not "competitive". Not "DOE".
  2. A reply to every applicant within 14 days. Opening the application doesn't count. A decision, a next step, or a message does.
  3. A reason with every no. One honest line is enough.
  4. Roles closed with an outcome. Hired, cancelled or filled elsewhere. Never left to rot while people wait.
  5. The job is the job we advertised. Pay, hours and role, checked anonymously by new starters at 30 and 90 days.

Status is computed: Pledge kept when the track record is Replies or Replies fast, Pledge at risk when it isn't or when fewer than 80% of new starters say the job was as advertised, Pledge signed until there are five applicants to judge by.
